Complete the application form
Pay the required application form
Attach all the required documents, documents must certified and certification date must not be older than 3 months
Save all documents as pdf and submit as one attachment
How to submit:
- Please go to Freshdesk, click on “Applications and Information,” then click on the “Submit a ticket” tab, which is located at the top-right corner of the page. Select “Applications and Information” from the drop-down menu. Fill in the required fields and click on the “Submit” button once completed.
